Casemir has been providing fresh, handmade chocolates to the top hotels and restaurants around the country for over 20 years. We have been working with the best and most demanding chefs in the UK for a number of years and this has helped us to mould our signature chocolates.
Our chocolates are designed and created by our Chef Patron Frederic Blondeel and are made freshly everyday by our Executive Chef Sylvie Oidtmann and her team.
The chocolates used to be made in the kitchens of a chocolate shop in Muswell Hill in London and sold on a daily basis in the front of the shop but we had to move to bigger premises in 2008 as demand for our chocolates kept increasing.
We decided to launch the Grown Up Chocolate Tasting Club because unless you live near a good chocolate shop (or are willing and skilled enough to make your own chocolates from scratch) it is very hard to get your hands on fresh chocolates made with good quality ingredients and we feel that the world would be a happier place if everyone could eat great quality chocolate everyday.
